The Accor benefits are not free. The developer's brochure ties eligibility to an annual Residence Ownership Benefits Fee that sits inside the service charge every owner pays, whether or not they use the status. Ask for that line in the proposed budget along with the $1.85 per square foot; on the 1,612 SF line 02 plan the base HOA alone is about $2,982 a month, plus $132 for the office.
