The Bay Side of Downtown Miami
Delano Residences Miami faces Biscayne Bay from Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Across the boulevard are Bayside and the Miamarina, with PortMiami and the causeways to Miami Beach beyond.
PMG's Waldorf Astoria Residences rises next door to the south, so the two supertalls will stand side by side, and the Kaseya Center sits to the north. This is the Delano in Downtown Miami, not the Delano hotel on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach; owners have Beach Club access there as an owner benefit.
The developer's location page describes Downtown as Miami's center for commerce, finance, the arts, sports and entertainment, with a premier marina, green space, dining and cultural destinations close by.
What Each Side Sees, by Height
The developer photographed the view from the site east, south, west and north at thirteen heights from Level 22 to Level 79. Six of the photographs are shown here and fifteen are in the gallery. New buildings can change any view, and no view is guaranteed for any residence.
East is the view that holds at every height: the bay, the marina and PortMiami are open from Level 22 to Level 79, and lines 01, 02 and 03 have it in both collections. South is the view to question. The developer photographed the site while PMG's Waldorf Astoria next door was still rising, and it already fills the south frame at Levels 22 and 46. The Waldorf is planned as the taller of the two towers, so expect it in the south view at every height once it is finished, and weigh a south-facing line accordingly.

Bayside Marketplace, the Miamarina at Bayside and Bayfront Park, across Biscayne Boulevard; Yacht Haven Grande Miami at Island Gardens on Watson Island.

The Perez Art Museum Miami and the Frost Museum of Science on the bay to the north, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts beyond them, and the Miami Children's Museum.

The Kaseya Center to the north, Miami Worldcenter and the Park West district to the west.
Brickell and the River
Brickell City Centre, the Brickell financial district and the Miami River district to the south.
Design District and Wynwood
The Miami Design District and the Wynwood Art District to the north.
Getting Out of Town
Brightline trains at MiamiCentral, PortMiami across the bay and Miami International Airport to the west.
